Please pay special attention to the following points:-
If any agent gets rejection in certification/Demo round 2 times, he/she will be blacklisted from Techambitions.
If any agent got Final Warning/Red cards in a Month so he will be moved under re-demo for 6 days. If reject then candidate got second chance for 6 days re-demo. If candidates rejected 2nd time also then he/she will be blacklisted from Techambitions.
If any agent going to start his/her demo calling, Delivery partner needs to provide information about start date and end date of demo duration via email one day before or same day of start of demo, else company will not be liable to provide the demo reports for that particular candidate.
If any agent working on demo calls, he/she need to work at least 6:00 hours of total login with minimum 70% connected calls, else the demo will not be considered and agent need to do 7 more days of demo again.
Sometimes there is Name of the person mentioned in the company name field, Candidate should talk to caller with their name like "Am I speaking with Mr. Mahesh", not "Am I speaking in or on Mahesh". (Treat that like a name of the person instead of any company name.)
No need to use technical words in the call like - Category Name, Sub category name and Small Category Name.
If any agents mention wrong category, as well as disposition in remark. The fatal will be marked.
When Candidate find, there is a wrong sub category mentioned, Candidate need to do correct on real time basis and also select the small category name accordingly.
Due to bugs sometimes there is the option of Balloon Printing Machine Manufacturers automatically getting selected in a small category name so Candidate need to change it according to the sub category name.
It's mandatory to mention the locality. For example if the address is A-55, 2nd Floor Dwarka Sector- 8 New Delhi. So the locality will be Dwarka Sector-8. Or it can be any landmark i.e. nearest metro station or hospital.
There are some cases in which the place is unisex. For example Unisex salon. In this case Candidate need to Select a salon. No remark is required.
As there is no option of a men's beauty parlor or men parlor so Candidate should tag in the salon.
In the case of tailors and garments if customer told, He is women tailor, it will go to under women tailor & if any customer is informed, He is male tailor then it will go to CNL (category not listed). Same in the case of the garments.
If business name is XYZ Salon & Cosmetics but in the small category only salon is mentioned then candidates must have to confirm the cosmetics work also with the salon while verifying the small category.
Fruit dealer will goes under fruit market.
The person who sale vegetable in market, will goes under vegetable wholesaler/store.
The person who sale grains will go to both grain markets and grain dealers.
Farmers will go on CNL.
If a customer said don't call me and blocked my number, Disposition will be "not interested". Only after listening to the purpose of the call.
If agent is wasting the time in call so the fatal will be marked.
It will include fake exercise and unnecessary repetition of the details and intentionally pause.
And if the agent got 3 times fatal for time wastage, He/She will be blacklisted.
Candidates must have to wait for 25 seconds on blank calls. (IVR ringing time limit is 25 seconds & call ringing time is 40-45 seconds)
If the agent receives any kind of call in which the customer is not familiar with the language used by the agent or vice versa, in this case the call should be disposed of in the Language Barrier or Other Language (LBOL). It is mandatory to ask and mention in which language the customer is comfortable and write that language in the remark.
Do not use the disposition of call back, dispose the cases of call back in Not Connected.
For writing the remark Candidate can install the Grammarly Application. Remark should be correct and meaningful. Because if there will be grammatical error that will unable to understand by database management team.
Candidates should have more than 6:30 Hours talk time on daily basis.
A center must maintain at least 70% of login with live agents to receive payment. If it is fall below 70% on any day, the center will not be paid for that particular day. (Every candidate must give a minimum login time of 4 hours in. a day, then it will be added in the present count of that day).
Demo reports will be send within 2 days from demo finish date by Quality team. If not receive on time then agent will be consider as live until receive the Demo report. (If candidate reject in the delayed Demo report, you will get paid as live for delay days of the demo reports.
If the pincode mentioned in the address as well as Pincode Field, Candidate should change in both the fields, Otherwise FATAL will be mark. Same is follow for State and City field
In any escalation session, Team Leader or any Senior person should be available otherwise session will be terminated from the training team.
NOTE : - All above points are just few examples, if Candidate have any query kindly clear it from trainer by raising a request for same.
The minimum agents required to take training in demo/live session is 5 agents in a batch. If less than 5 agents are present in a training session then, training team is not liable to provide you the training.
